Dan Duffy
Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Duffy joined United Country as part of a
successful effort in February 2006 to secure
growth capital to support the rapid growth
of the United Country system. He serves as
the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and
Chairman of the Board of Directors. In his
role as CEO, Mr. Duffy is principally
responsible for the establishment and
execution of a long-term strategy for United
Country designed to deliver competitive
advantage to United Country franchisee
partners as they operate in their local
markets and serve their clients. |
Prior to joining United Country, Mr.
Duffy spent nearly 20 years focused on
serving clients in a number of senior
executive positions. Most recently Mr.
Duffy served as the President and Chief
Executive Officer of Microsoft’s “2005
Global Partner of the Year” and largest
North American Microsoft Business
Solutions partner with over 20 offices
serving 12,000 clients across the United
States and the U.K.
Prior to his tenure in the technology
services market space, Mr. Duffy served
as the Chief Development and Financial
Officer of an on-line
business-to-business exchange serving
the auction and brokerage market for
industrial equipment and was a founding
member of the Chicago practice of The
Center for Strategic Transactions, a
division of Ernst & Young L.L.P.,
providing strategic and corporate
finance advisory services to Fortune 100
companies as well as high growth
technology, product and services
organizations across multiple
industries. |

Mike Duffy
President
Mike
Duffy is focused on bringing new, added value
services and programs to United
Country franchisees. With a 20 year background
building such national brands as Coca-Cola, Winston
Cup NASCAR, RJ Reynolds, Minute Maid, Community
Coffee, and numerous other well known brands, Mike
is bringing this experience to building recognition
and understanding of the United Country Real Estate
brand to real estate buyers. In addition to branding
initiatives, Mike has extensive experience in sales,
building strategic partnerships and launching new
programs. |

David Dickey
Chief Operating
Officer
Most
recently, Dickey was Sr. Vice President Professional
Services for ePartners.
ePartners, the Microsoft 2005 Partner of the Year,
specialized in
delivering, integrating
and customizing solutions tailored specifically for
each client’s business needs. The group
has a concentration in Microsoft .Net programming,
Portal development services,
systems integration, and a focus on ePartners’ core
ERP and CRM product offerings. |
Prior to joining ePartners, Dickey was Director
of Worldwide Professional Services at Pervasive
Software where
he led the services group in both North America
and Europe. The group focused on solving
complex database problems and had a specific
practice in replication and disaster recovery
solutions.
Dickey has spent a number of years in the
enterprise software space where he developed
mission critical
software for a wide range of businesses working
with clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Office
Depot, & Burlington Northern.
Dickey received his BBA in Management
Information Systems from Texas Tech University,
continuing education from Kellogg School of
Management, and is a graduate of the Stagen
Leadership Institute. |

Jason Cole
Chief Financial
Officer
Jason
Cole brings over 12 years of financial experience to
United Country. After joining United Country over a
year ago, as Controller, he was promoted to Chief
Financial Officer.
Prior to United Country, Jason spent 7 years with
Walmart Stores Inc, in various financial roles, last
serving as Senior Accounting Manager for the
Corporate Traffic Department managing the payables
and receivables for the company. |
After Walmart, he spent several years with
Kansas City Southern Railroad, last serving as
Accounting Manager helping prepare the monthly,
quarterly, and yearly SEC reporting for the
company, as well as managing the inventory for
the railroad. Jason’s last position was
Controller doing international financial
reporting for ThyssenKrupp Access, a global
German company. |

Dick McTague
Vice President
Information Services
Dick
McTague began his career with United Country in
1978. In 1995, he was
appointed Director of Information Services and in
1996, became Vice President of Information
Services.
Mr. McTague oversees the company’s
information technology
and software development. |

Mike Jones
President, United
Country Auction Services
Jones has
served as chairman and president of the National
Auctioneers Association.
He’s the past president of the Texas Auctioneers
Association and a Hall of Fame member.
In 1995, he was named Texas Champion Auctioneer.
Three years after that, he was crowned International
Auctioneer Champion. Jones brings more than 30 years
of experience as owner and president of an auction
company and national auctioneer training school.
All told, he’s conducted more than 1,800 auctions
globally. |

Shawn Terrel,
CAI, AARE
Vice President,
United Country Auction Services
Shawn
Terrel CAI, AARE brings a very extensive auction
background to our executive management team. Terrel
has more than 15 years of professional auction and
bid calling experience in the United States. He
currently sets on the Board of Directors of the
National Auctioneers Association and is a Past
Chairman and President of the Oklahoma State
Auctioneers Association. In 2007 Terrel was named
the Oklahoma State Champion Auctioneer. During his
career in this profession, Terrel has become
recognized as one
of the industry’s authorities on conducting online
auctions and live internet auction simulcasts. He
participated in over 1,800 auctions and has
facilitated many of these auctions incorporating
online internet auction solutions. |

Kevin Oldham

United Country Marketing Services
Kevin
Oldham brings over 14 years of marketing and
advertising expertise to the
United Country team. Prior to joining United
Country, Oldham launched a marketing
firm that catered exclusively to real estate
developers, offering strategic solutions
designed to generate traffic for their projects.
Prior to this entrepreneurial venture,
Oldham offered marketing services for Kansas City’s
largest residential real estate
broker and for an international movie theatre
circuit. Oldham earned his MBA
from Baker University in 2007. |

Lou Francis

Strategic Advisor
Lou Francis has spent his entire real estate career
with United. He became President of United in 1986
and a Director of First Horizon in 1990 at the time
of its incorporation and subsequent purchase of
United National Real Estate. He and three partners
purchased the organization and renamed it United
Country Real Estate. Much of United Country’s
success has occurred since 1997 when they introduced
the United Country franchise program. |

Carl Hopkins

Carl
Hopkins joined United Farm Agency in 1972. He has
spent his entire career
with United, holding numerous titles in the
administrative and financial areas of the company.
Mr. Hopkins was Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial Officer and a
Director of First Horizon at the time of the
acquisition in 1990, and also has served
in the capacity of Secretary since 1991. |

Joe

since 1989. He presently serves as Executive Vice
President for the company’s Eastern Division,
overseeing franchise sales and member services. His

brokerage, specializing in land and commercial
development and real estate franchising. |

Richard Thompson

Richard
Thompson joined United in 1988 in the position of
Region Vice President,
becoming Division Vice President in 1995. He was
appointed Executive Vice President
of the Central Division in 2003. In his 31-year
career, Thompson gained experience in various levels
of real estate sales and marketing, including work
as a sales associate,
broker and franchise owner. |

Doug Adams

Doug
Adams began his real estate career in 1999, as a
broker associate with United
Country – Premier Broker in his hometown of Salida,
Colorado. In 2001, Doug joined United Country’s
management team as a Region Vice President for
Colorado and New Mexico and was appointed Executive
Vice President over the Western Division in 2005. |
