Michael Landreth, ALC, CRS, GRI and former national president of the Realtor Land Institute, a division of the National Association of Realtors that focuses on training and recruitment of top brokers that principally focus on land sales, has joined United Country as a strategic consultant, focusing on the continued development of United Country’s land and distinctive ranch properties operations.

“United Country’s heritage began in land. While the company’s innovative spirit has broadened our core extensively, our roots remain deeply planted in land, recreational and lifestyle real estate,” said Dan Duffy, chief executive officer of United Country Real Estate. “This is just one of the many reasons that Michael is such a natural fit within our organization. With nearly 20 years of experience in ranch and land sales and national and regional leadership roles with top professional organizations and his own company, Landreth Ranch and Land Co., Ltd., we know that Michael will greatly enhance United Country’s offering to the market.”

In his role as a strategic consultant to United Country, Landreth will advance ongoing efforts to improve the service offerings of the Company when serving the specialized requirements of buyers and sellers of distinctive farm, ranch and recreational properties nationally. “I truly believe that United Country is fundamentally changing the way real estate is marketed and sold,” said Landreth. “As an independent operator for more than 25 years, I regularly identified opportunities to dramatically improve the service provision that land brokers offer their clients. United Country has invested heavily in resources that have changed forever the landscape of land brokerage. I’m excited to work with a team of forward-thinking leaders in this industry, and I look forward to strengthening even further their position in the real estate market.” Welcome to the team, Michael!
