TERMS:  All items to be paid in full day of sale by either cash, check or debit/credit card.  A 3.5% processing fee will be added to all purchases with debit/credit card.  Kentucky state sales tax will be added to all items that apply.  This ABSOLUTE AUCTION will be subject to  a 10% buyer’s premium that will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price.   All items will be sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed, written or implied.
