TERMS:

To register and bid, bidder must bring a bid deposit $1,000 in certified funds, cash or business/personal check with bank letter of guarantee. Deposit will be returned to unsuccessful bidders or will be applied to the 10% down due on auction day.

There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid price to arrive at the total contract price. This fee will be paid by the buyer. 10% of the total contract price as down payment will be due on auction day with balance to be paid at closing on or before April 19th, 2016. Property is being sold as-is.

Personal Property:

All items must be paid for on auction day. There is a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid price. All items sold as is.
