Upcoming Public Auction, Thursday, July 14 @ 1:00 PM featuring 123.1 +/- acres (survey in progress) owned by  McMillan Farms, Inc. The reason for sale is to settle the estate at public auction. This agricultural land is located in the north west farming area of Simpson County and is only a few miles from Warren and Logan counties, including Auburn, Russellville, Bowling Green, Woodburn & Franklin Ky.

Tract 1: 28.7 +/- Acres, 881' road frotage on Mallory Road and 1,330' road frontage on Elliot Road.

Tract 2: 94.4 +/- acres, 881' road frontage on Elliot Road. 

The farm will be offered in two individual tracts with the opportunity to combine and purchase in its entirety. The land is currently planted in corn with possession to be given once the 2022 harvest has been completed. A ten (10%) percent non-refundable earnest money deposit required on sale day with the balance due on or before Monday, August 15, 2022. A seven (7%) buyers premium will be added to the final bid price to establish the real estate sales and purchase contract selling price. Real estate taxes will be prorated as of closing with possession once this years corn crop has been harvested. Announcements made day of sale take precedence.
