TERMS:

The homesites will be offered in two phases. GROUP 1 will offer twenty (20) homesites "without reserve" which means that these homesites will sell regardless of price to the highest bidder. GROUP 2 will offer the remaining lots sold subject to Seller confirmation. The Auction Event will be using the "High Bidder's Choice" auction method. The Bidder Packet provides an explanation, and bidders may contact Auctioneer with questions.

Earnest Money Deposit: A ten percent (10%) deposit will be due immediately upon being declared the purchaser. The balance of the purchase amount will be due on or before December 30, 2016.

Auction Fee: A Buyer's Premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to the successful high bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the purchaser. Example: a high bid of $100,000 would result in a total contract price of $110,000.
