 OFF-GRID property in the Huron National Forest in Northern MI. Full-time living in this 3/2 home on 11 acres with state land on two sides. The house is powered by solar, wind, battery and a wind turbine. The solar system and windmill were installed in 2020. The 30 x 40 pole barn was built in 2020. There is a chicken coop, a guest cabin with a covered porch, a garden area with fencing, two food plots, and a pond to further attract the deer. The roof solar panels produce 2400 watts and the ground panels 1860. There is also a wood stove and plenty of timber on the prop. Some furnishings stay including the Amish log dining room table, queen log bed, and all of the twin beds. The kitchen cabinets, walls, and vaulted ceiling are tongue and groove for that Up North feel
