Cabin #1 is the first of 3 cabins original to the resort. Built in 1935, the hand-crafted field rock exterior walls and interior fireplace are the only original parts of the building left, the remainder has been updated to provide luxury accommodations to guests of the Sleeping Buffalo Resort and Cabin #1 is now available for sale.  

Cabin #1 sleeps 6 guests comfortably, with 2 private bedrooms, each outfitted with a queen size bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room.  A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens into a living area with the original rock fireplace, converted to gas for convenience, as the rooms' focal point.  Rustic hardwood floors throughout the cabin are easy to maintain and tie together with the matching solid wood doors and trim. The expansive deck facing the resort offers a shaded area to relax outside and has been stained to match the wood exterior of the home. A metal roof ensures minimal maintenance for years to come.

The cabin is sold completely furnished, all furniture, décor, dishes and linens are included in the purchase price.  The sale is for the cabin only, no real estate is included in the purchase price.  All potential purchasers will have the opportunity to review a land lease prior to closing. Lease includes amenities such as access to the Sleeping Buffalo Pool and Resort, lawn care, snow removal, daily mosquito control, exterior cabin maintenance and the opportunity to utilize the Resorts booking system to rent your property if you choose, allowing for a fantastic return on investment  Cabin #1 has averaged 195 nights per year, grossing an average of $41,442/year.
