·         First we will offer the Rock Springs Reserve, Lakefront Farms on Kerr Lake, from 48 to 55 acres. All Tracts Feature: Highway Frontage on Rock Springs Church Road, Perk Site and New Survey to be provided, Long frontage on Corps of Engineers Kerr Lake, all tracts have dock Permits / All Shore line permits available, All tracts are sub dividable.

·         Second we will offer 6 tracts from 8 AC to 45 acres off Plum Nutty. The larger tracts have Kerr lake Frontage and some have dock availability, all have highway frontage on Plum Nutty road and are Sub dividable.
