His son, Roy Fisher Sr., continued to expand the family’s land and commercial cattle operation over the next generation.  Now owned by philanthropic businessman, Mr. Lloyd Gillespie, the property is being offered for only the second time in 80 years.

LAND: 11,390 Acres of highly productive grassland and recreational hunting land is abundant over the entirety of the ranch.  Approximately 50 percent of the property is native grass, approximately 40 percent is Bermuda grass, and approximately 10 percent is brush covered, water, timber and other terrain.
