Directions to Property: 

From Oklahoma I-40, take exit 53 for OK-44 toward Foss/Altus, turn north onto Hwy 44.  Drive 6 miles on OK Hwy 44, turn left (west) onto OK Hwy 73 (at the Ranger Station).  Drive ¾ mile on OK Hwy 73, Tracts 1 and 2 will be on the north side of Hwy 73.  Be sure to watch for Heard Auction signs.

Auction will be held off-site at the Frisco Conference Center, 101 S 4^th St., Clinton, OK 73601 

Check Out Dates – 10% of purchase price shall be placed in escrow immediately following the close of the sale.  Balance of purchase price to be due and payable upon acceptance of title.  All taxes will be prorated to date of closing.  Possession of property will be given at closing.
