Directions:  From Oklahoma I-40, take exit 71. Drive South on N2310 for 3½ miles, the tracts will be on the East side of CR N2310.

Estimated Taxes: Tract 1 - $206.96, Tract 2 - $346.60

Minerals: Selling surface rights only.

Possession: Possession will be given after harvest.
